That's why we don't curate individual boxes based on customer preferences or accept requests for specific items, brands, categories, colors, or sizes.

The unknown is part of the experience.

Every shipment can bring a different mix of surprises, and the available inventory can vary widely. That means one customer's experience may be completely different from another customer's experience.

And that's exactly why we call it the Chaos!

A Chaos box is not designed around a guaranteed list of products. Depending on available inventory, customers may discover products from a variety of categories. However, no particular product type or category is guaranteed.

The size, shape, and type of available packages can also affect the number of packages or products that fit inside each box.

We do not guarantee a specific:

Unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise in writing, customers should purchase a Chaos box for the entertainment and excitement of the mystery experience.

We regularly bring our community together for live packing events. During these events, you can hang out with us, chat with other members of the Chaos community, see what's happening with the current shipment, and enjoy the fun of watching orders being packed.

Live packing schedules and special promotions will be announced through our social channels.

Not every order is guaranteed to be packed during a live event unless specifically stated as part of a promotion.
